How do you handle privacy?
Sibyl is operated by Sibyl Care B.V. (Netherlands) and is fully subject to GDPR. In practice:
Your data is stored on EU servers (Google Cloud, Netherlands), encrypted in transit and at rest
We will never sell your data or share it for advertising or marketing purposes
You can request deletion of all your data at any time by emailing support@sibyl.care
One thing to know during this pilot: every session is automatically reviewed by a second AI model within 24 hours to check that the app is working as it should. Human review only happens if the AI flags an issue. Reviews are always anonymised — no identifying information is attached.

Is Sibyl a replacement for my doctor, midwife, or therapist?
No. Sibyl offers clinically grounded information and emotional support — it is not a substitute for professional care.
If you are in crisis or need urgent support, please contact your care team or use the crisis resources available in the app.
What is this pilot?
This is the first time Sibyl has been offered through midwives and gynecologists, and your experience directly shapes how the app develops.
What to expect:
Occasional emails with updates
A short survey at one week and again at six weeks — we'd really appreciate you completing both
